Friends of Bramber P.T.A.

Dear Parent/Carer

The Friends of Bramber PTA is re-launching and we’d love you to join in!

We are looking to form a new PTA and we are looking for volunteers – to either take on a specific role or to help with new fundraising ideas and suggestions on how to spend the money raised! If you would like to come along to a meeting and see what it is all about you will be more than welcome – and don’t worry, coming along doesn’t mean you will be given loads of things to do.

The meetings will be held monthly, with one month being held in the school in school hours and the following month an evening meeting so that hopefully more of you have the chance to attend.

If you would like to take a more active role, then we are looking for someone to be the chairperson, the secretary and the treasurer.

If you would like any more information on what the roles involve or about being a member of the PTA then the next meeting is on 31 March 2010 at 2pm at the school we look forward to seeing you there.

The meetings will then be held:-
Wednesday 5 May – evening, venue TBC
Wednesday 9 June – daytime, 2pm at the school
Wednesday 7 July – daytime, 2pm at the school (as it’s the week before the summer fair)
